Confidence is a super power that I challenge you to tap into.

It’s like a muscle ... the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

It’s a learned behavior that takes continuous evolution to truly enjoy. The beautiful part is, the minute you empower your confidence ... magical things happen. #ConfidenceBuilding 📸 @kaynjames

Yesterday was the last day of #worldbreastfeedingw

Yesterday was the last day of #worldbreastfeedingweek and as I reflect on motherhood and what it means to me, I am reminded that in all honesty, motherhood is a series of tapping into strengths you never knew you had, and letting go of fears that have been haunting you your entire life.

What I love most about breastfeeding (besides the incredible bond you build with baby) is that it forces you to be present.

As an easily anxious person, I spend so much of my time anxiously awaiting my next move. Forward thinking. Pre-planning. Plotting. But every 2-3 hours that my son needs his “milkies” I am forced to just be. I am made to lock my eyes in to his and be in that moment with him. It is the most rewarding and therapeutic experience. 📸 @howelldesigns

Still on a high from our announcement —so much love, we felt all of it. Brave is adjusting quite nicely to the idea of being a big brother. Here’s a snippet of what our afternoon naps look like. Snuggled up on the couch between mama and his sibling. So so precious. ✨

We figured it was time to let you all in on our precious little secret we’ve been enjoying for ourself. When love is all up in the mix beautiful things are made. Our family is growing, y’all ... all in God’s perfect timing! I can’t wait to witness these babies become best friends for life. 😍 We are ending the year with a BANG!
