FALL 2014 STYLE WATCH

Screen Shot 2014-09-17 at 3.05.18 PMIt’s Fall Y’all! I’m so excited to indulge in the new season. I can’t wait to pull out the layers, cute boots and flats and feel super stylish in easy trends. I prefer fall season over any season because I think layering is the easiest and cheapest way to wear all of your pieces without feeling like you have to splurge on a hot item. With that said I’ve definitely style watched my share of trends from fashion week and I’m looking forward to putting my own spin on things. Here are some of my favorite looks.

Pantone Fashion Color ReportPantone-Autumn-2014-ColoursI’m loving this year’s color trends! These vibrant colors are sure to make a statement in your wardrobe. What I love most about it is some of these trends have transition from spring and summer, and can be pulled into fall; like the Kimono trend.

Kimono Loving

dress-dress.comThe Kimono trend took over this year! It’s the new staple piece that upstages the boring cardigan. Kimonos are early perfect for the fall and can transition from season to season. It’s light weight layer adds the texture you need for covering but and the bold pop needed for color and patterns.

Luxe Leather

www.fashionisers.comTrend Alert!!! I am loving the look of leather this season, it’s a must have on my list. From cape coats, to skirts and leggings … if you’re looking to take your wardrobe to the next level, throw in a little leather!

Chunky Heel With A Tongue

MOSCHINOThis is a trend I am thankful! Truthfully, heels hurt … and you can make it so much further in chunky heels! The oxford styled shoe has made it’s way back into our lives and looks like it’s here to stay for a while; and that doesn’t bother me either!

Aren’t you loving these Fall trends? If you’re looking to try some, please share with me which look you’d like to explore. Remember runway is only for runway, it’s our business to take the inspired look and make it our own! Happy Fall Y’all!
